Tenancy Agreement / Rent Increase Council Fields

Renewal of the Tenancy Agreement has been on hold since 2003 because of the Coach Road site which we wanted included.

Finally this is starting to come together. This means that there will be a rent increase for Bradley and Decoy Fields which will also apply to Coach Road.

The total rent for Blake’s, Cooke’s, Bradley & Decoy is currently £508 we expect this to rise to around £650 next year, that includes Coach Road.
